Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy

1. Policy Statement

At Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd, we recognise that our business activities have an impact on our people, clients, candidates, communities, and the environment. We are committed to conducting our business in a responsible, ethical, and sustainable way, ensuring that we create long-term value for all stakeholders.

This CSR policy sets out our principles and commitments in the areas of people, community, environment, and governance.

a) Our People

  • Provide      a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace where everyone is treated with      dignity and respect.

d) Our Governance & Ethics

  • Comply      with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act      2015, GDPR, and employment legislation.
  • Embed      ethical practices into our recruitment processes, ensuring fairness and      safeguarding for candidates and clients.
  • Continuously      review and improve our CSR performance, setting measurable objectives      where possible.

  

3. Responsibility

  • The      Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy      is implemented and reviewed.
  • Managers     are responsible for ensuring CSR principles are upheld in day-to-day      business operations.
  • All      employees are expected to act in line with this policy and contribute      to our CSR goals.

  

4. Monitoring & Review

Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd will review this CSR policy annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Progress will be measured against our commitments, and improvements will be made where needed.
