3. Responsibility
- The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented and reviewed.
- Managers are responsible for ensuring CSR principles are upheld in day-to-day business operations.
- All employees are expected to act in line with this policy and contribute to our CSR goals.
4. Monitoring & Review
Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd will review this CSR policy annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Progress will be measured against our commitments, and improvements will be made where needed.
