Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

1. Policy Statement

Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and are dedicated to ensuring these practices do not occur within our organisation, supply chains, or in connection with the services we provide.

We recognise our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery.

  

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All      employees, contractors, and consultants of Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd.

  • All      suppliers, service providers, and business partners who work with or on      behalf of Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd.

  

3. Our Commitments

We are committed to:

  • Awareness      & Training – Ensuring our staff are trained to identify and      respond to potential risks of modern slavery.
  • Supply      Chain Due Diligence – Working only with suppliers and partners who      share our commitment to preventing modern slavery.
  • Risk      Assessment – Regularly reviewing and assessing our business and supply      chain to identify potential risks of forced labour or exploitation.
  • Contracts      & Compliance – Including appropriate clauses in supplier and      client contracts requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Transparency     – Publishing an annual statement outlining the steps we have taken to      combat modern slavery.

  

4. Responsibility

  • Directors      & Senior Management – Overall responsibility for ensuring this      policy is implemented and effective.
  • Managers     – Responsible for ensuring team members understand and comply with the      policy.
  • Employees     – Required to read, understand, and comply with this policy, and to raise      concerns if they suspect modern slavery may be occurring.

  

5. Reporting Concerns

Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd encourages a culture of openness. If anyone suspects or is aware of any instance of modern slavery within our operations or supply chains, they are encouraged to report their concerns in confidence to:

  • A      line manager, or
  • Senior      management at Oxygen Talent Solutions Ltd.

All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.

  

6. Breaches of This Policy

Any employee found to be in breach of this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
Suppliers, contractors, or partners found to be in breach of this policy may have their contracts terminated.

  

7. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
